The requirement
A shift worker on the 34th floor needed to sleep in full darkness during the day, with morning light and reflections off the surrounding towers pouring straight into the bedroom, and could not drill the walls without risking the rental deposit.
The result
We installed a hotel-style blackout system fixed to the ceiling, so not a single wall was drilled, with wrapped-around sides and a deep centre overlap that seal out every gap of light. The bedroom now goes fully dark at any hour, and the landlord’s fit-out is left exactly as it was.
