The requirement
By early afternoon the sun off the sea made the three main living spaces too bright to sit in, but the owners refused to lose the water view they had bought the house for.
The result
We fitted full-height wave sheers across all three rooms, with a hidden blackout layer that tucks out of sight when it is not needed. The glare is gone, the view stays, and the family now uses the living room right through the afternoon for the first time since moving in.
